Operation Eternal Darkness targeted Hezbollah military infrastructure that the Iran-backed terror group had deliberately embedded in civilian areas in flagrant violation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701 and the 2024 ceasefire agreement; under international humanitarian law, civilian structures used for military purposes become lawful targets, and collateral harm to non-combatants does not constitute collective punishment.

High civilian casualties in urban warfare do not legally constitute genocide, which requires proof of specific intent to destroy a group as such; the misrepresented IDF database does not show a policy of deliberate civilian targeting, and no international court has found Israel guilty of genocide.

Israel's pre-strike warnings to civilians are the precise opposite of civilian targeting: they are a documented, legally grounded, and operationally costly good-faith effort to minimize casualties, codified under international humanitarian law — a practice Hamas, Hezbollah, and the IRGC have never once employed before attacking civilian populations.

This claim is entirely fabricated. No ICC arrest warrant exists against Donald Trump, no military operation called "Operation Roaring Lion" targeting Iranian civilians has been documented, and no Interpol Red Notices have been issued against either leader on these grounds. The ICC did issue a separate, pre-existing warrant for Netanyahu related to Gaza — not Iran — while the United States has actively sanctioned ICC officials to prevent any prosecution of American nationals.

No binding UN body has ever legally designated Israel as an apartheid state; the term has appeared only in non-binding reports, advisory opinions, and politically-driven resolutions that carry no force of law and impose no legal obligations on UN member states.

No such final ICJ ruling exists. The court issued only preliminary provisional measures in January 2024, explicitly declining to find Israel guilty of genocide, and international law contains no mechanism that would compel UN member states to sever ties with any state based on ICJ proceedings.
